Represent the set of activities necessary to comply with the central purposes of Transmilenio SA They develop actions to:

a. Generate Expansion Plan Public Transportation System, defining the operational design and the design parameters and infrastructure.

b. Coordinate activities in the management of the system, in order to establish guidelines for the operation and constant coordination with all stakeholders.

c. Control the operation and manages concessions, in order to ensure the expected results. Among the mission processes are the following:
